Refund Policy:
All content that is delivered digitally (The Toolbox, A La Carte Workshops, etc.) is not eligible for refunds. You have full and immediate access to all content.
Content that is delivered in person can be refunded up to 48 hours in advance of starting.
Billing + Cancellation:
The billing system is automated, and we do not have the ability to freeze or skip payments. Upon signup, members will be billed monthly with the opportunity to cancel every 12 months. If you would like to cancel your membership, please email community@letsgetnekkid.com at least 15-days before renewal.
If you'd like to have your data permanently deleted, please email operations@letsgetnekkid.com.
